Antonio Calabria has over a decade of experience working closely with owner-managed businesses. He is a seasoned professional in tax compliance, tax planning; including optimization strategies, estate and succession planning, resolving disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, and assisting with government funding.
Antonio graduated from the Schulich School of Business and became a Chartered Professional Accountant shortly thereafter. After completing his CPA, Antonio specialized in Tax, and successfully completed the In-Depth Tax Specialization - Income Tax as well as the In-Depth Tax Specialization - GST/HST.
Antonio’s passion for helping owner-managers grow their businesses while implementing best practices and tax optimization strategies was a key factor when becoming a founding Partner of VC Partners LLP. His unique experience in tax enables Antonio to provide unparalleled service to our clients.
Michael Vella

Michael Vella has over a decade of experience working with owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He works closely with clients to help them identify business and financial risks in order for them to realize their full potential. Michael also helps clients in liaising with lenders to ensure his clients have the financing required to grow their business.
Michael graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and obtained his CPA, CA designation in 2014. Michael quickly became a key member of the assurance team at a mid-sized firm, helping to navigate the quickly evolving standards in this area. Michael was also instrumental in training new staff and improving client service. He has applied these skills to become managing partner and one of the founders of VC Partners LLP.
Matthew Castellani

Matthew Castellani has extensive experience working directly with owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
While working in a mid-sized firm environment for several years, performing specialized audits and tax consulting, he has developed a great understanding of full-cycle accounting and tax compliance.
Matthew graduated from the University of Toronto and obtained his CPA designation in 2019. He is currently enrolled in the In-Depth Tax program with CPA Canada and is working towards becoming a tax specialist. Matthew takes great pride in his exceptional client service and has built a multifaceted network across many industries. His combined knowledge of full-cycle accounting and income tax allows him to provide solutions, respond effectively and contribute to his client's goals.
